About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of field initiatives by supporting planning, coordination, and follow-through
- Collect, organize, and maintain field data related to education, trainings, events, and retailer feedback
- Update and manage internal trackers, reports, and shared documentation
- Support the coordination of education programs and training sessions for retail partners and internal stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and distribution of training materials and resources
- Provide logistical support for in-person and virtual trainings, including scheduling and setup
- Assist with the planning and execution of field events, brand activations, and education-focused moments
- Support event logistics including timelines, materials, staffing coordination, and on-site needs
- Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day coordination between the field team and internal departments
- Travel occasionally to support key trainings, events, or field initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, education coordination, events support, or retail
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency working with data, trackers, and reporting tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require
- Fluency in English; Spanish or French is a plus
