About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement food and beverage operational, marketing, and sales strategies to achieve hotel goals
- Manage annual budgets, monitor revenues, and control costs including payroll and inventory
- Direct F&B operations to maximize profitability and ensure adherence to brand standards
- Supervise Department Managers and Food and Beverage Supervisors in daily operations
- Recruit, train, and coach employees to ensure high levels of engagement and service quality
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety policies
- Monitor food and beverage ordering, pricing, receiving, and inventory procedures
- Maintain product consistency through regular inspections of food quality and presentation
Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage management within a hotel environment
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop marketing and sales plans for F&B outlets
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
