Assistant F&B Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and Meeting & Events Operations
• Oversee service quality to ensure a high level of guest service and guest experience
• Assist in hiring, training, and coaching team members
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and brand standards
• Address guest needs and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate meeting room preparation and setup according to guest needs
• Review and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Contribute to menu development and event planning to enhance revenue
• Collaborate with management to optimize workflow and operational efficiency
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment
• Report financial analyses to the F&B manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a large hotel setting
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong leadership skills to train and motivate teams
• Strong affinity with Meeting & Events Operations (Banqueting)
