Assistant F&B Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the F&B Manager in managing all restaurant activities to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Help develop F&B revenue and contribute to client loyalty and the establishment's reputation
• Manage teams in compliance with labor laws, including scheduling and weekly planning
• Motivate and lead teams through weekly service meetings to achieve objectives
• Train Maîtres d'hôtel, Assistants, and Bar Managers on work procedures and delegation
• Implement organizational structures for various outlets including the restaurant, bar, pool, breakfast, and room service
• Assist in defining menus, food/drink suggestions, and promotional offers
• Monitor service quality to ensure compliance with establishment standards
• Manage purchases, stocks, and inventory security procedures
• Handle customer feedback and resolve disputes in coordination with management
• Ensure total billing of services and compliance with cash closing procedures
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and alcohol licensing (Licence IV) regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
• Proficiency in English; a third language is a plus
• Strong leadership skills and ability to act as a role model for teams
• Highly organized, autonomous, and discreet
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
