Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Previous experience working with young children, particularly toddlers
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements including background checks
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with progressive educational philosophies
• Prior early childhood classroom experience
• Experience with nature-based or outdoor education programs
• Understanding of documentation and observation practices
