About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all kitchen functions during opening, mid, or closing shifts to ensure high-quality food and service standards.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and mentor kitchen team members and kitchen managers.
  • Oversee food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with RAFTT (Recipe-Appearance-Flavor-Temperature-Texture) guidelines.
  • Maintain strict safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies and health laws.
  • Control costs, manage inventory, and prepare team member work schedules to achieve profit objectives.
  • Direct operational execution, including equipment maintenance and daily briefings.
  • Manage guest relations and facilitate guest recovery to ensure a "Gold Standard" experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Strong relationship management, performance management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and direct team members while working collaboratively within a management team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
