About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all kitchen functions during opening, mid, or closing shifts to ensure high-quality food and service standards.
- Hire, train, supervise, and mentor kitchen team members and kitchen managers.
- Oversee food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with RAFTT (Recipe-Appearance-Flavor-Temperature-Texture) guidelines.
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards to ensure the safety of guests and team members.
- Control costs, manage inventory, and prepare team member work schedules to achieve profit objectives.
- Direct operational execution, including equipment maintenance and compliance with all company policies and health standards.
- Manage guest relations and facilitate guest recovery to ensure a "Gold Standard" experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong relationship management, performance management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and direct team members within a collaborative management team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
