About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness in rooms and common areas
- Manage administrative tasks for the service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Organize daily activities including specific instructions, internal procedures, and room allocation
- Control the compliance of tasks regarding production and regulatory standards
- Act as operational support for room teams during high activity periods
- Centralize information from other services to relay instructions effectively
- Manage skills and ensure the transmission of know-how within the department
- Guarantee team cohesion and communicate information related to the hotel and the Group
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and perfectionism
- Rigor and team spirit
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service sensitivity
