Assistant Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership by building relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders
• Support department heads to ensure efficient operations and brand standard compliance
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding resident care, HR, and financial control
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and training of community team members
• Manage performance reviews and staff development opportunities
• Oversee conflict resolution to maintain a cohesive work environment
• Assist with budget compliance and support the sales team with outreach and tours

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of leadership experience, preferably in senior living
• Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training staff
• Ability to perform budget analysis and control
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
