Assistant Executive Chef

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality culinary experiences for all guests.
• Coordinate daily activities to achieve departmental economic and quality objectives.
• Assist in managing the kitchen brigade to build a strong, connected, and high-performing team.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and provide timely responses to requests.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and corporate security standards.
• Execute daily assignments to maintain departmental quality standards.
