Assistant Event Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project management by framing, monitoring, and facilitating projects (presentations, reports, facilitation documents)
• Ensure coordination and animation of all project stakeholders
• Support the team through all project phases: design, call for ideas, idea selection, team training, coaching, and physical event organization
• Contribute to the organization of one-off events and workshops for clients, such as ideation workshops, coaching sessions, and hackathons
• Manage event logistics and participate in the facilitation of these experiences

Requirements

• Master's student (after first year validated) seeking a 6-month internship
• Proficiency in office tools (Google or Microsoft) and willingness to learn new software (MailChimp, Klaxoon, Canva, Mural, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills to adapt to various stakeholders (project managers, designers, facilitators, partners, decision-makers)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) for an international environment
• Proven experience or strong interest in event management and organization
• Availability for a internship from September 2025 to February 2026
