Assistant Event Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the project manager in organizing events such as annual trade shows, masterclasses, and networking events
• Manage project scoping, action plans, timelines, logistics, and event platform settings
• Assist in programming by identifying relevant themes and speakers (key players, partners, entrepreneurs, researchers)
• Contribute to community animation through market monitoring and identifying current trends
• Participate in creating editorial content and implementing communication plans (newsletters, social media, marketing campaigns)

Requirements

• Student in final year of a Master 2 program, Business School, or Management degree
• Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize information
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and proactive approach
• Excellent oral presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Interest in AI and Data topics is a plus
