  • Handle administrative follow-up and detailed operational file setup
  • Prepare contracts and monitor deposit payments
  • Coordinate information with various hotel departments and monitor events on-site
  • Attend preparation meetings with clients
  • Create function sheets and programs to ensure smooth transmission to operational teams
  • Maintain internal communication with colleagues and operational services

Requirements

  • Mandatory English fluency
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is appreciated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and teamwork spirit
  • Comfort with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive)
