Assistant Electro-Mechanical Manager - Performance Lake

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems used in live performances
• Coordinate with show production teams to ensure technical readiness and support during events
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical and mechanical components
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in a performance or entertainment setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and control systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex technical equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate show schedules
• Strong commitment to safety and high attention to detail
