Assistant Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager throughout all stages of the construction site to ensure client satisfaction.
• Focus on high-voltage electrical work for social housing providers in residential units and common areas.
• Prepare execution files in collaboration with the Design Office Technician.
• Manage field technicians (2 to 5 collaborators) and coordinate external service providers.
• Anticipate material and tool requirements in accordance with established schedules.
• Coordinate with other trades on-site and represent the company during site meetings.
• Perform cost estimation for additional works.
• Maintain site logs and report progress to facilitate billing preparation.
• Ensure all activities strictly adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Formal training in Electricity or Renewable Energies, or an experienced self-taught professional.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and unite teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercial aptitude for handling additional work estimations and client relations.
