Assistant Educator

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful and inspiring learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
• Build genuine connections with children, families, and team members
• Support every child's unique development and interests through play-based education
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to maintain a nurturing and safe environment
• Implement learning programs that align with the centre's community focus

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
• Proven experience as an educator within an early childhood service
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
