Assistant Educator

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support in a nurturing early learning environment
• Work collaboratively with a team of passionate Early Childhood professionals
• Contribute to a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning space for children
• Take ownership of role responsibilities to ensure positive outcomes for children
• Support the implementation of educational programs and daily routines

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Proven experience working within an early childhood service (0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
