Assistant Educator

Responsibilities

• Support play-based learning to spark curiosity, creativity, and joy in children
• Create and implement Individual Learning Plans tailored to each child's needs
• Build and maintain strong, meaningful partnerships with families
• Maintain an outstanding and safe learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years
• Engage with the local community to bring real-world experiences into the children's learning

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as an Educator within an early childhood service (0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
