Assistant Educator

Responsibilities

• Support play-based learning and nurture children in a vibrant early education environment
• Create Individual Learning Plans tailored to each child's needs
• Build and maintain strong, meaningful partnerships with families
• Contribute to an outstanding learning environment that sparks curiosity and creativity
• Engage in community connections to bring real-world experiences to children's learning

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as an Educator within an early childhood service (0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
