About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the accuracy, version control, and production of regulatory and business function documents.
- Maintain document master-templates for member-facing materials, including brochures, factsheets, and scheme booklets.
- Liaise with key stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Technical teams to ensure material accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Proofread and edit drafts and designs to meet specific briefs and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external production teams to support document distribution across various channels.
- Support the delivery of content projects and standalone production activities within tight timeframes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in document production.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality control and accuracy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative in information finding.
- A project delivery focus with a "can-do" attitude.
