Assistant Director

Responsibilities

• Deliver career advising and coaching to undergraduate business students, focusing on finance and real estate recruiting.
• Lead and facilitate skill-building workshops, including technical interview preparation and networking strategies.
• Develop and implement career education programming and targeted strategies to increase student engagement and readiness.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with employers, alumni, and industry leaders in the financial services and real estate sectors.
• Drive strategy and innovation for career development programming, including the planning of annual career exploration trips.
• Track, audit, and analyze internship and post-graduation placement outcomes using Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
• Experience with database management and online career platforms.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends and travel for employer visits and student events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience in career counseling, recruiting, or a related higher education role.
• Deep knowledge of finance and real estate industries and the undergraduate recruiting landscape.
• Experience with career education program development and assessment.
