About the role
Responsibilities
- Support global sales planning through territory design, quota setting, and advanced analytics to drive growth.
- Partner with global sales leadership to operationalize strategic priorities into scalable, data-driven planning outputs.
- Manage annual territory and quota planning cycles, including data preparation, modeling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain and update territories and quotas throughout the year to account for mid-year changes and organizational updates.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on performance trends and coverage insights to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Finance, Sales Operations, and Incentive Compensation to ensure process alignment.
- Prepare concise presentations and materials to communicate planning outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales planning, territory design, or quota setting environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior leadership.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and leadership presentations.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.

- Experience with Anaplan or Alteryx.
