Assistant Director, Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day development of major construction and renovation projects, including attractions, resorts, and facilities.
• Coordinate design decisions and construction document production while minimizing change orders and contract disputes.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and estimating to ensure delivery within assigned targets.
• Oversee the procurement and performance of architectural, engineering, and technical designers.
• Supervise and develop project team members, including architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Track and report project progress, budget status, and milestones to upper management.
• Ensure all work meets reliability, safety, and creative intent standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance and inspection.
• Experience supervising project teams and managing multidisciplinary technical personnel.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, budgeting, and commissioning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional license in Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience managing large-scale themed environments or complex resort facilities.
