Assistant Director, Program

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Elementary After-School program serving over 350 scholars
• Partner with the Director to ensure high-quality academic and enrichment programming
• Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team, providing coaching and feedback to staff
• Develop and improve programmatic and administrative systems for scheduling, attendance, and budgeting
• Design and implement professional development for youth-facing staff
• Monitor program performance and use data to improve student experiences and program quality
• Collaborate with school leadership to align after-school curriculum and policies with school-day programs
• Ensure student safety, engagement, and appropriate supervision at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)
• 3+ years of management experience in education, social services, or community-related programs
• Proven experience in youth development program design and implementation
• Strong people management skills with a focus on coaching and staff development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including a Monday-Friday schedule of 11 AM - 7 PM
