About the role
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the Elementary After-School program serving over 350 scholars
- Partner with the Director to ensure high-quality academic and enrichment programming
- Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team, providing coaching and feedback to staff
- Develop and improve programmatic and administrative systems for scheduling, attendance, and budgeting
- Design and implement professional development for youth-facing staff
- Monitor program performance and use data to improve student experiences and program quality
- Collaborate with school leadership to align after-school curriculum and policies with school-day programs
- Ensure student safety, engagement, and appropriate supervision at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)
- 3+ years of management experience in education, social services, or community-related programs
- Proven experience in youth development program design and implementation
- Strong people management skills with a focus on coaching and staff development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including a Monday-Friday schedule of 11 AM - 7 PM
