About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end product management of a scalable entity matching platform, ensuring high-quality data ingestion and search capabilities.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through release and post-launch iteration.
  • Prioritize features and tasks based on business value, effort, and stakeholder input.
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering teams.
  • Define and track key performance metrics including match accuracy, ingestion latency, API throughput, and user adoption.
  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Own the roadmap for data ingestion, including pipelines, indexing, and storage.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and cross-functional teams to optimize search relevance and product delivery.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of products from discovery through launch.
  • Strong experience owning API-based or data platform products, including data ingestion pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
  • Solid understanding of entity resolution, entity matching, or reference data management.
  • Familiarity with OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, embeddings, and data normalization.
  • Proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Experience with agile product tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to engage in technical architecture discussions and evaluate infrastructure trade-offs.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
