About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead experiential education operations to ensure alignment with academic goals and accreditation standards
- Oversee student placement systems, including matching, partnerships, and program quality evaluation
- Direct data, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to support effective decision-making
- Manage budgets, projects, and technological systems to ensure efficient and sustainable operations
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and agreements with experiential sites to support high-quality placement opportunities
- Manage a team of professionals providing support for local and international student placements
Requirements
- University Degree in educational leadership and/or administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of educational leadership administration experience
- Experience working in an academic, healthcare, or clinical environment
- Experience managing staff within a unionized environment
- Proven experience planning, managing, and implementing projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's Degree in Health Administration
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning and change management
- Experience meeting the needs of students, employers, and industry partners in a post-secondary environment
