Assistant Director of Urgent Care and MCI

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing daily operations, administration, and clinical functions of Urgent Care and MCI services
• Support the implementation of the Urgent Care and MCI services vision and develop access systems
• Assist in developing systems to monitor service delivery and support utilization
• Provide direct supervision to direct reports within Urgent Care services
• Provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to staff in accordance with CBHC policies

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts independent clinical license (LICSW or LMHC)
• At least 5 years of experience working with severe/persistent mental illnesses or children with mental health disorders
• At least 3 years of experience providing supervision in a mental health setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work onsite in both Lynn, MA and Danvers, MA
