About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Title III project activities and supervise staff
  • Coordinate academic advising and career pathway planning services
  • Collaborate with faculty to integrate new technology and strategies into courses
  • Oversee new program development, including pilot-testing, evaluation, and modification
  • Coordinate the analysis and assessment of programming in conjunction with the Associate Provost
  • Maintain project schedules, documentation, and reporting requirements
  • Serve as a member of the Retention Committee

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Three years of experience in advising and curriculum development
  • Three years of experience in curriculum development with expertise in web-based instruction
  • At least one year of experience in personnel or project management
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to relate successfully with students, faculty, staff, and administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Teaching experience at the higher education level
