About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Title III project activities and supervise staff
- Coordinate academic advising and career pathway planning services
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate new technology and strategies into courses
- Oversee new program development, including pilot-testing, evaluation, and modification
- Coordinate the analysis and assessment of programming in conjunction with the Associate Provost
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Serve as a member of the Retention Committee
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Three years of experience in advising and curriculum development
- Three years of experience in curriculum development with expertise in web-based instruction
- At least one year of experience in personnel or project management
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to relate successfully with students, faculty, staff, and administration
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Teaching experience at the higher education level
