About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, vision, and direction to the Taylor Student Organization (TSO) Executive Cabinet
- Deliver formal and informal leadership development through monthly teaching and training retreats
- Supervise student cabinets, including the Student Activities Council (SAC), Integration of Faith & Culture (IFC), and PAX
- Assist the Director with program assessment, resource management, and event planning
- Facilitate TSO retreats (Fall, Winter, and Spring) and provide overall office event support
- Model and testify to a personal experience of salvation in Jesus Christ in alignment with the University's Statement of Faith
Requirements
- Demonstrated Christian faith and commitment to the University's mission and foundational documents
- Recent experience in higher education, team leadership, or event planning
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or discipling college-aged students or emergent adults
- Proven experience in programming implementation and project management
- Ability to establish and maintain strong collaborative professional relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in student development, higher education, or a related field
