Assistant Director of Student Accounts

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Student Accounts Office to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
• Manage various aspects of student billing and collections processes.
• Provide high-level customer service and general advising to students and families regarding accounts and financial aid.
• Handle office reception duties and communicate with stakeholders via in-person interactions, phone, online chat, and email.
• Support the overall mission and financial success of the University through detail-oriented administrative support.

Requirements

• Proven customer service skills in both spoken and written communication.
• Ability to adapt to new processes, software, and technical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task while meeting strict deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume office environment.
• Background in billing or accounts receivable.
• Previous experience working within a collegiate or higher education setting.
