Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Sales in implementing sales strategies and business plans
- Identify sales opportunities and maintain strong client relationships to achieve revenue goals
- Drive new business opportunities and develop existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction
- Handle client inquiries, contracts, and sales-related bookings
- Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Represent the hotel in meetings, client visits, and business events
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a quality-driven environment
- Demonstrated sales performance and productivity
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized and commercially aware
- Ability to manage and support a sales team
