About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue across corporate, group, and leisure segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and major accounts
- Negotiate contracts and manage account performance with regular reporting to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to support pricing, promotions, and service delivery
- Manage departmental budgets, analyze financial data, and support billing and collections
- Support the overall success of Portaluna through additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, revenue management, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles, forecasting, pricing, and market segmentation
- Proficiency with revenue management software and advanced Excel data analysis
- Solid understanding of GDS systems, OTAs, and hotel distribution channels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a luxury hotel or lifestyle hospitality environment
- Familiarity with the Dubai hospitality market and trends
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-growing, international brand environment
