Assistant Director of Program (Reentry)

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational aspects and supervision of residential reentry programs
• Provide tactical and technical direction to program operations and staff
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of resident monitor staff
• Ensure program compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contract requirements
• Assist the site Director with budgeting, staffing plans, and quality assurance
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll functions, and facility coverage
• Investigate accidents and incident reports in accordance with company policy
• Maintain facility compliance with all safety and health regulations
• Coordinate with internal support functions including HR, Finance, and IT

Requirements

• Associate of Arts degree in an appropriate field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to clear a criminal history background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in human services, social services, or a related field
• Three years of supervisory and management experience in reentry or human services
• Specific experience in adult residential reentry program operations
