Assistant Director of Program (Reentry)

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational aspects and supervision of residential reentry programs to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide tactical and technical direction to program operations, including staff scheduling and payroll functions
• Ensure program compliance with applicable laws, regulations, contract requirements, and professional standards
• Assist the site Director in preparing unit budgets, staffing plans, and quality assurance practices
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of resident monitor staff and other personnel
• Investigate accidents and incident reports in accordance with company and contract policies
• Maintain facility compliance with all safety and health regulations
• Coordinate with internal support functions such as Finance, HR, IT, and Real Estate Services

Requirements

• Associate of Arts degree in an appropriate field
• Supervisory and management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to clear a criminal history background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in human services, social services, or a related field
• Three years of supervisory and management experience in reentry or human services fields
• Specific experience in human services program operations, including adult residential reentry services
