About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division
  • Assist the Guidance Team and Heads of Division/Department in identifying training needs
  • Prepare, finalize, and submit the annual property training budget plan and CAPEX
  • Develop a strategic annual property training plan and monitor implementation
  • Conduct new employee orientation and one-on-one orientation with expat employees
  • Develop required training materials, modules, and sessions
  • Produce training-related reports and maintain the training database
  • Monitor the performance of all Training Department Personnel
  • Lead the Annual Performance & Development Discussions
  • Coordinate the compilation and review of Departmental Operations Manuals
  • Supervise the implementation of cross-training programs
  • Organize resort team building and certification program graduations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Learning Development Manager or Training Manager in a large 5-star luxury resort or cluster role
  • Proficient in Training Need Analysis and budget management
  • Experience setting full-year training plans and establishing modules
  • Well-versed in the leadership assessment process
  • Eloquent in English communication (written and spoken)
  • Ability to deliver training to large audiences including Executive levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Teaching, or relevant fields
  • Willingness to be placed in Bali or Labuan Bajo
