Assistant Director of Justice Related Services

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, feedback, and performance appraisals for Case Managers, Certified Peer Specialists, and interns
• Support interviewing, hiring, and orientation of new staff
• Assist in the development of case reviews and staff training
• Ensure high-quality, client-centered action plans are completed timely
• Interface with Managed Care, County offices, Probation, and Mental Health Court
• Coordinate emergency on-call processes and staff scheduling
• Assist with new referral intakes and connecting individuals with case workers
• Oversee disbursement of funds to program participants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field
• Two years of direct mental health services experience
• Valid US driver's license held for at least two years
• Access to a reliable vehicle with valid insurance and registration
• Ability to travel to offsite locations as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• One year of experience in justice-related services
• Three years of experience including supervisory responsibilities
• Knowledge of the Intercept Model and recovery model
