Assistant Director of Graduate and Transfer Admissions

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for graduate and transfer students, providing guidance via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Review and process applications, render admissions decisions, and maintain accurate records using CRM and student information systems
• Counsel prospective students on admissions requirements, program options, and university policies
• Collaborate with departments such as Financial Aid, Records, Advising, and the Registrar’s Office to support enrollment
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits and quality assurance measures within the CRM
• Assist in developing transfer guides, portal data, and course equivalency information
• Represent the university at recruitment events, information sessions, and college fairs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in admissions, higher education, or a related student services environment
• Strong customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or student information systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education admissions or enrollment management
• Familiarity with Campus Solutions, Salesforce, or similar admissions technologies
• Understanding of graduate, transfer, and international admissions processes
• Experience with transfer credit evaluation or course equivalency review
