About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in maintaining high standards of SOP implementation and policy across divisions
- Coordinate tasks and collaborate with other departments
- Review, create, and update SOPs as required
- Conduct necessary training for staff
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient department running
Requirements
- Indonesian citizenship required
- Minimum 5 years of Food and Beverage management experience
- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Division Leader in a luxury hotel with multi-outlet and banqueting operations
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and P&L management
- Ability to develop revenue-generating business initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisines and menu development
- Strong marketing and operational strategy skills
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Business Management, or a related field
