Assistant Director of Food & Beverages

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in maintaining high standards of SOP implementation and policy across divisions
• Coordinate tasks and collaborate with other departments
• Review, create, and update SOPs as required
• Conduct necessary training for staff
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient department running

Requirements

• Indonesian citizenship required
• Minimum 5 years of Food and Beverage management experience
• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Division Leader in a luxury hotel with multi-outlet and banqueting operations
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and P&L management
• Ability to develop revenue-generating business initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of international cuisines and menu development
• Strong marketing and operational strategy skills
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Business Management, or a related field
