Assistant Director of Finance

Responsibilities

• Assist the DOF in maintaining high standards of SOP and policy implementation across divisions
• Provide leadership and guidance in the absence of the DOF
• Review, analyze, and scrutinize monthly financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Conduct and lead periodic audits to ensure compliance and internal controls
• Assist and review the monthly closing process
• Authorize tax and supplier payments and ensure compliance
• Assist in cost management, yearly budget preparation, and monthly forecasting
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and update SOPs
• Conduct training and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Hotel or audit background preferred, with 5-star luxury resort experience as a plus
• Strong accounting operational and analytical skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Tax Accounting (PPN, PPH 21, PPH 23, etc.)
• Proficiency in advanced Excel is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eloquent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP, OPERA PMS, and Symphony POS systems
