Assistant Director of Corporate Development

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day fulfillment of corporate partner portfolios for the Division of Athletics
• Track and activate all contractual obligations across departments including marketing, digital, and video services
• Manage an assigned sales portfolio of corporate partners and prospects ranging from $5,000 to $75,000+
• Lead the development and distribution of end-of-year fulfillment reports for all partners
• Oversee the design, proofing, and printing of the Men’s Basketball Gameday Program
• Manage partnership invoicing and accounts receivable
• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate partner special events
• Hire, mentor, and oversee Corporate Development Student Assistants

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sponsorships, sales, marketing, or ticket sales
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a low-risk driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Archtics Ticketing System
• Knowledge of the Dayton market and local businesses
• Experience in sports marketing partnerships or premium ticket sales at the collegiate or professional level
• Proficiency with advanced digital design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with vendors to execute multi-asset partnerships
