Assistant Director of Clinical Nursing

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations in outpatient settings
• Ensure regulatory compliance and promote evidence-based practice
• Supervise clinical personnel and foster professional development
• Optimize workflows and manage budgets and resources
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Serve as a liaison between clinic leadership, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Drive strategic goals and support staff engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field with 12 months of healthcare experience OR Associate’s degree in a health-related field with 36 months of healthcare experience
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
