Assistant Director of Campus Engagement

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Bethel Student Government (BSG), including training, budgeting, and supervising student executives.
• Manage campus engagement initiatives, including Welcome Week programming and events for on-campus and commuter PSEO students.
• Supervise student staff, including Commuter Life Assistants and various student director roles.
• Support student leadership development and mentoring in partnership with Student Life staff.
• Execute PSEO recruitment and re-enrollment efforts in collaboration with the Office of Admissions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and student activity fee budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of related experience in student affairs or a similar field.
• Knowledge of student development theory and Christian higher education.
• Experience supervising and developing student staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Budget management experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support student events.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ or more years of related professional experience.
