About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cultural, identity-based, spiritual life, and leadership programming
  • Advise and support cultural student organizations and student leaders
  • Collaborate with campus partners to promote belonging and an inclusive campus climate
  • Support living learning communities, including JCLLC and The Grove LLC
  • Mentor students, supervise student employees, and serve as a visible support resource
  • Help strengthen retention and success for underrepresented students

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field
  • Experience advising cultural organizations
  • Leadership development experience
  • Experience supporting spiritual or interfaith initiatives
  • Experience working with underrepresented, first-generation, Pell-eligible, and diverse populations
