About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cultural, identity-based, spiritual life, and leadership programming
- Advise and support cultural student organizations and student leaders
- Collaborate with campus partners to promote belonging and an inclusive campus climate
- Support living learning communities, including JCLLC and The Grove LLC
- Mentor students, supervise student employees, and serve as a visible support resource
- Help strengthen retention and success for underrepresented students
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field
- Experience advising cultural organizations
- Leadership development experience
- Experience supporting spiritual or interfaith initiatives
- Experience working with underrepresented, first-generation, Pell-eligible, and diverse populations
