About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute alumni programs and events including regional gatherings, virtual programs, and on-campus events
- Co-manage reunion classes and collaborate with volunteers to shape programming
- Oversee all event logistics including venue, catering, transportation, and A/V
- Develop communications for invitations and follow-up
- Track attendance and engagement using NXT/Raiser’s Edge
- Analyze event outcomes and recommend improvements
- Build relationships with alumni leaders and volunteers
- Create engagement opportunities in collaboration with campus partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of related experience
- Experience in a fundraising environment preferred
- Strong organizational and multi-event management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with desktop applications, relational databases, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work evenings and weekends and travel as needed
