Assistant Director of Advancement Systems and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration of Raiser’s Edge NXT and optimize CRM workflows
• Partner with advancement teams to ensure effective system use for fundraising and prospect management
• Execute and document data imports, exports, and batch processes to ensure data integrity
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and fundraising metrics
• Conduct prospect research and translate data into actionable insights for leadership
• Supervise the Advancement Services Specialist and oversee gift processing functions
• Provide frontline user support, troubleshooting, and staff training on CRM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of professional experience in advancement services or data management
• Hands-on experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong reporting, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with high ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education fundraising or nonprofit advancement
• Knowledge of donor lifecycles and prospect management
• Experience with data visualization, predictive analytics, or business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with data governance and best practices
