Assistant Director of Admissions

Responsibilities

• Market traditional, residential undergraduate programs to increase university enrollment and visibility
• Travel extensively to attend college fairs, high school visits, and special events
• Recruit prospective students within an assigned Missouri territory and nationally
• Deliver presentations to prospective students, parents, and community organizations
• Manage the recruitment process by maintaining personal contact with potential students
• Build relationships with high school counselors, community members, and academic affairs staff
• Utilize CRM systems to track travel progress, prospective student status, and all interactions
• Perform administrative duties including data entry and report dissemination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate online portals
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours as required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and climb stairs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, or public relations
• Knowledge of CRM systems (JRM preferred)
