Assistant Director of Admissions

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute recruitment strategies to meet university enrollment goals within an assigned territory.
• Represent the university by visiting high schools, attending college fairs, and meeting with prospective students and counselors.
• Manage multi-channel communication (phone, text, and email) to build relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Review admissions applications and credentials to determine applicant eligibility.
• Analyze recruitment data and funnel management metrics to assess progress and recommend improvements.
• Develop and manage a travel strategy and associated budget.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and student enrollment status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to travel extensively, including evenings, weekends, and overnight stays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Previous experience in higher education enrollment, sales, or marketing.
• Proficiency with CRM programs and social media platforms.
• Experience speaking to large and small groups.
• Experience working in multicultural settings.
