About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic recruitment plans to meet targeted enrollment goals
  • Represent the university at national college fairs and recruitment events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high school guidance counselors, educational consultants, and college counselors
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospective students throughout the admissions process
  • Stay informed on industry trends and campus developments to better assist prospective students
  • Support co-workers in assigned territories through travel and presentations as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least one year of admissions or related experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong public relations and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel extensively (8-10 weeks per academic year), including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and general information systems
