About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives for diverse student populations
- Manage assigned recruitment territories and build relationships with community partners
- Represent the College at recruitment events, college fairs, and information sessions
- Oversee daily Admissions Office operations and application processing
- Utilize CRM technology to manage communication campaigns and prospective student engagement
- Analyze enrollment data and recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness
- Supervise admissions counselors, support staff, and student workers
- Coordinate major enrollment events such as Open Houses and Accepted Student Days
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 3 to 5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or student affairs
- Demonstrated experience using a CRM system (e.g., Slate)
- Experience analyzing enrollment data and preparing reports
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel
