Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Admissions Office operations and application processing
  • Utilize CRM technology to manage communication campaigns and prospective student engagement
  • Analyze enrollment data and recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness
  • Supervise admissions counselors, support staff, and student workers
  • Coordinate major enrollment events such as Open Houses and Accepted Student Days

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or student affairs
  • Demonstrated experience using a CRM system (e.g., Slate)
  • Experience analyzing enrollment data and preparing reports
  • Valid driver's license with ability to travel
