Assistant Director of Admission Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Slate CRM system to ensure smooth communication and efficient data management
• Oversee admission processes, including application and document processing for specific student cohorts
• Partner with senior leadership to execute recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and enrolling new students
• Implement streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve recruitment outcomes
• Act as a secondary liaison for Colleague (SIS), Slate CRM, and related operations across departments
• Deliver training to professional and operational staff on Slate usage and develop new procedural materials
• Oversee communication flows for various student groups, including first-year, transfer, and readmit students
• Provide operational support for both Slate-based and in-person recruitment events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred)
• 2-3 years of advanced experience with CRMs, specifically Slate
• 3 years of relevant professional experience, including at least one year in a management role
• Strong proficiency in database management and troubleshooting
• Proven experience in project management and process improvement
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Ellucian Colleague (SIS)
• Deep understanding of student recruitment strategies and enrollment management
